DESIGN EXPLORATIONS

Manufacturing CAD models and animations

Original manufacturing-development concepts, mechanism studies, and process visualizations. Explore how a part could be made, assembled, and inspected as part of a practical domestic-manufacturing approach.

Catalog in development

WPM is a manufacturability and onshoring company, not an engineering firm. These studies communicate manufacturing ideas; they do not establish professional engineering approval, product performance, or production readiness. Reviewed examples are added as they become available.

Snap Hardware Development

Original snap hardware concepts exploring simpler construction and a path toward U.S. manufacturing.

CAD & MOTION STUDY

Inside a split-bearing assembly

A removable cap makes the bearing arrangement easier to understand. Two stationary bronze bearing halves support a rotating shaft; a shoulder and removable collar show the intended axial location.

Original hypothetical CAD assembly. Loads, life, material grades and manufacturing tolerances remain unvalidated.

See the motion and understand the assembly

The animation below shows shaft rotation followed by staged disassembly and reassembly. It explains the design relationships; it is not a validated service procedure, physical simulation, or ready-for-sale product.
