About Jeffrey Wallasch

Jeffrey “Jeff” Wallasch is the hands-on manufacturing professional behind Wallasch Precision Manufacturing. His background includes CNC programming and machining, custom fixturing, and practical die-casting machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

That experience shapes the way he approaches a part: how it will be held, how a tool can reach it, which features matter, and how the finished result will be checked.

Cars, mountain biking and aviation

Cars are a personal passion for Jeff, and he enjoys building them. That same curiosity about how things fit, work, and can be made carries into his manufacturing work.

Outside the shop, Jeff enjoys mountain biking and aviation. He is pursuing flight training as a student pilot.

Practical manufacturing with a domestic focus

Wallasch Precision Manufacturing is a manufacturability and onshoring company focused on domestic manufacturing. We help businesses improve how parts are made and build a practical path to U.S. suppliers.

CAD refinement, process selection, fixture concepts, and supplier coordination support that manufacturing work. Die-casting and cast-part machining are part of our experience, alongside broader support for parts and production workflows.

WPM is not an engineering firm. Where professional engineering approval, testing, or certification is required, we identify that need in the project scope so appropriately qualified parties can address it before production.

You get a clear scope, project-specific deliverables, and one point of contact. Supplier capability, manufacturing location, inspection needs, and validation responsibilities are confirmed for each job.
