AMERICAN MANUFACTURING PROJECT · ORIGINAL MACHINE DEVELOPMENT

Wallasch Die-Cast Machines

Exploring original machine concepts to support practical manufacturability and U.S. production.

Concept development. Not available for sale.

Our initial study spans nominal clamp-force targets from 400 to 1,200 U.S. short tons, with zinc and aluminum process architectures assessed separately. These are design targets, not verified machine ratings.

A manufacturing-first development program

The study brings together machine layout, service access, hydraulic functions, controls, tooling, and automation requirements. Each configuration needs its own assessment before any production commitment.

Starting point

400-ton concept

A focused study connecting the machine layout and its supporting systems. The first detailed module examines guided ejection and the connections it needs.

Family development

400–1,200-ton targets

Larger clamp-force targets will receive their own structural, shot-system, thermal, and automation assessments. Capacity figures remain development goals.

Separate small-part study

Four-slide exploration

Coordinated slides, tooling access, and part removal are being explored as a separate architecture. Its size and force requirements will be established independently.

Development status

CAD and circuit studies are unvalidated. They do not establish safe operation, production readiness, or casting performance. Reviewed illustrations will be added as they become available.

Wallasch Precision Manufacturing focuses on manufacturability and onshoring. This page presents internal development goals; it does not offer professional engineering services or claim affiliation with another machine manufacturer.
