MANUFACTURABILITY + DOMESTIC MANUFACTURING
A clearer path to U.S. production
Improve manufacturability. Build a path to U.S. production.
Wallasch Precision Manufacturing is a manufacturability and onshoring company, focused on domestic manufacturing. We help businesses refine parts and production plans, and coordinate with U.S. suppliers. We are not an engineering firm.

CONNECTED MANUFACTURING CONCEPT
From casting to finished parts
Explore a proposed production flow linking die casting, trim, casting-specific workholding and a shared shuttle serving 20 compact CNC modules. These CAD views show one casting line and two levels of modeled machining modules.
Development concept, not for sale. Performance and safety remain unvalidated. Enclosures are hidden for visibility; an operating system would require appropriate safeguards.

Cast and extract
The study follows an assumed shot of four synthetic parts through casting and extraction, then toward the trim station.

Trim the castings
A retaining nest supports the four castings while the sprue and runners are separated. Part support and scrap handling are planned together.

Separate the scrap stream
The runner has its own collection path, keeping the scrap stream separate from the castings moving toward machining.

Locate and clamp
Casting-specific datums and clamps establish the proposed machining position. Clamp forces and sensing still need development and qualification.

Shuttle to the CNC rack
A shared shuttle connects the handling area with 20 modeled compact CNC modules on two levels. The arrangement explores parallel machining and coordinated pallet transfer.

Machine the features
A milling-path illustration shows the relationship between tool, workholding and casting. Drilling and thread-milling operations would be specified for each application; cutting performance is unvalidated.

Unload to a tray
The unloading concept moves a part from its machining position into a located tray for the next handling step.

Organize for packaging
The packaging study uses two 20-part trays and a crate. One tray is shown inside the crate, with the second tray and lid staged alongside.

A proposed welding-cobot setup brings the Wallasch bike-frame CAD into an indexed fixture. This 83-second study follows a preloaded cassette through handling, docking and indexed positioning, with short proposed tack and weld segments.

Manufacturability and a domestic path forward
Wallasch Precision Manufacturing helps businesses improve manufacturability and bring production to U.S. suppliers. We review how parts can be made, refine CAD for manufacturing, and coordinate process, tooling, inspection, and supplier requirements.
We are a manufacturability and onshoring company, not an engineering firm. Every project is custom scoped and quoted; supplier capability and manufacturing location are confirmed before an order is approved.
Built around your next step
01 / Understand the manufacturing challenge.
Tell us what the part needs to do, what is not working, and your current cost, quality, or supply constraints. You do not need finished CAD to begin.
02 / Review manufacturability.
We clarify the part requirements and explore CAD refinements, materials, processes, tooling, and inspection needs. Performance requirements and acceptance criteria must be defined before production.
03 / Develop the domestic supply path.
We coordinate with potential U.S. suppliers, compare manufacturing approaches and quotes, and refine the plan around feasibility, quality, and your cost goals.
04 / Approve the next step.
You review the scope, manufacturing location, design revisions, and any required samples, testing, or qualified engineering approvals before committing to production.
05 / Coordinate production.
After approval, we coordinate external suppliers, order details, inspection requirements, and delivery. Scope, revisions, pricing, and lead times are agreed for each project.
Machining experience for practical manufacturing support
Hands-on CNC machining experience informs how we approach a part: how it can be held, cut, finished, measured, and assembled. CAD refinement and process planning support the manufacturing decisions that follow.
Our focus is domestic manufacturing and onshoring. We assist with fixture concepts, die-casting and cast-part machining challenges, supplier selection, and production coordination. Work is carried out through project-specific suppliers; required engineering approval, testing, and certifications must be provided by appropriately qualified parties.
Tell us what you need to solve
Start with the problem, your goals, current design status, and target date. If available, include quantity, critical dimensions, material grade or alloy, temper or heat treatment, finish, and certification needs.
We will confirm the scope and a suitable file-sharing method. Do not send confidential, customer-owned, or restricted technical data through this form. Supplier sharing requires your permission.
